Scope

These Terms govern the use of https://head-hunters.shop and distance sales contracts between Barbers EOOD, referred to as the “Seller”, and its customers.

Where the customer is a consumer under applicable law, these Terms do not restrict any mandatory statutory rights. The contractual language is Bulgarian. The English version is provided for convenience; the Bulgarian version prevails in the event of inconsistency.

Products, availability, and prices

The main characteristics, variants, and price of each product are stated on its product page. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Prices are stated in euro and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges and any additional costs are displayed before the order is submitted.
• Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. If an item is unavailable, the Seller informs the customer and does not collect payment or refunds any payment received, depending on the applicable payment method.
• If there is an obvious technical error in a price, description, or availability, the Seller may ask the customer to confirm corrected terms or cancel the affected item and notify the customer.

Orders and contract formation

The customer selects products, provides the required information, chooses an available delivery and payment method, and submits the order through Shopify Checkout. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, delivery, and invoice information.

The automatic Shopify message acknowledges receipt of the request and summarises the order.

The contract is formed when the Seller expressly accepts the order after operator review; the automatic message alone does not constitute final acceptance.

An operator may contact the customer to confirm availability, variant, quantity, delivery, or other details. An order is changed only with the customer’s agreement. The Seller may reject an order due to lack of availability, an obvious error, inaccurate or incomplete details, suspected misuse, or another objective inability to perform, and will notify the customer.

Payment and documents

The active payment method is Pay on receipt:

• for courier delivery, payment is made to the courier upon receipt;
• for pickup, payment is made at the store upon collection;
• online payment through the website is not offered unless another method is activated in checkout.

The customer supplies invoice details while entering the order information. The invoice is sent electronically or handed over with the order.

Delivery and pickup

The available methods, price, and estimated time are displayed in checkout and the order confirmation. Delivery may be made by the offered courier to an address, office, or other available point; pickup is available from the Head Hunters location shown in checkout.

A pickup order may be collected after the customer receives a ready-for-pickup notice. The usual preparation time displayed in checkout is up to 24 hours. The customer should present the order number and, where necessary, identification.

Delivery is available only within Bulgaria.

If transport damage is visible, the customer should, where possible, request a report from the courier and notify the Seller. The absence of such a report does not remove the customer’s statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal and returns

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, except where a statutory exception applies.

• The decision to withdraw must be sent to hhshop@abv.bg using the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement before the deadline.
• The goods must be sent or handed back within 14 days after notice to: 137 Todor Alexandrov Blvd., 1309 Sofia, Bulgaria. Cash-on-delivery return parcels are not accepted.
• The consumer bears the direct return costs after withdrawal unless the Seller agrees to bear them or the law provides otherwise.
• The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
• For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost after unsealing, as well as in other statutory exceptions.

The Seller reimburses the payments due, including the cost of the least expensive standard initial delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return is received. For cash-on-delivery orders, the customer provides bank details or agrees to another reimbursement method without additional cost.

Complaints and legal guarantee

Goods are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If goods do not conform, the customer may request that they be brought into conformity, a price reduction, or termination of the contract under the conditions and procedure provided by law.

A complaint can be submitted to hhshop@abv.bg with the order number, a description, and photographs where available. The Seller bears the return cost for defective or non-conforming goods. Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty does not restrict statutory rights.

Physical Head Hunters vouchers

Head Hunters vouchers are sold as ordinary physical products in denominations from EUR 30 to EUR 100. They are not Shopify Gift Cards, cannot be used as an online payment method, and do not provide automatic online balance tracking.

• A voucher may be delivered or collected using the methods available for the order and must be presented when redeemed at a participating Head Hunters location.
• The voucher is valid for one year from its date of issue.
• Partial redemption is allowed only for services provided at salons operating under the Head Hunters Barbershop brand. The remaining value is recorded by a reception staff member.
• If a physical voucher is lost, damaged, or stolen, its status and remaining value are stored electronically in the reception systems of Head Hunters Barbershop salons and can be restored.
• The statutory right of withdrawal and applicable exceptions depend on the circumstances and whether the voucher has already been redeemed.

Accounts, website, and intellectual property

Customers must keep their account credentials secure and notify the Seller if unauthorised access is suspected. Website content, trademarks, images, and design are protected and may not be used beyond what the law permits without the rights holder’s consent.

The Seller may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. This does not affect rights already arising from accepted orders.

Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the store’s Privacy Policy. Cookie categories and preferences are managed through the current Shopify privacy and consent tools and the related public notices.

Liability and force majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. The parties will first seek to resolve a dispute through direct contact.

Consumers may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission at https://kzp.bg, a competent alternative dispute resolution body, or the competent court.

Changes and contact

The current version is published on the website. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing contract unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
