Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made by consumers through https://head-hunters.shop under a distance contract. It does not restrict mandatory rights under applicable Bulgarian and European law.

14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where several goods are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

  • The withdrawal notice must be sent before the deadline to hhshop@abv.bg using the form at the end of this policy or another unequivocal statement.
  • After giving notice, the goods must be sent or handed back to the returns address without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
  • Cash-on-delivery return parcels are not accepted.
  • The consumer bears the direct return costs for an ordinary withdrawal unless the Seller expressly agrees to bear them or the law provides otherwise.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned with the accessories and documents supplied and packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in statutory exception cases, including:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons when unsealed after delivery;
  • An unused voucher may be returned within the statutory period; no refund is made after full or partial redemption, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, the Seller reimburses payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard initial delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

  • The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
  • Additional costs resulting from a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard option are not reimbursed.
  • Reimbursement is made to a bank account supplied by the customer or by another expressly agreed method without additional cost.

Faulty, damaged, or non-conforming goods

Goods are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, which is at least two years from delivery for new goods. If goods do not conform, the consumer may request repair or replacement and, where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

  • A complaint can be submitted to hhshop@abv.bg with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.
  • The Seller bears the return, repair, or replacement costs for defective or non-conforming goods.
  • If the wrong item was supplied, the customer should contact the Seller so that return or replacement can be arranged at no cost to the customer.
  • If transport damage is visible, the customer should, where possible, request a report from the courier and notify the Seller. The absence of a report does not remove statutory rights.

Voluntary exchanges

Direct size or variant exchanges are not offered. The customer returns the item under the applicable procedure and places a new order.
